When Malini came to pitch with her team we had almost finalized with another broadcaster. However her presentation was so compelling that we re-evaluated. She had left behind all competitors and won the project- hands down for her organization. We gave them the project because of the differentiated content that Malini conceptualized. Once we went into execution- her attention to detail and ability to convert creative ideas onto multiple platforms; TV, digital, print, social media & direct mailer collaterals -made our decisions easy. A mammoth all India project with many diverse elements, requiring many dots to join, many diverse teams to interface with...she was able to see the micro simultaneously with the macro. She was able to tend to the nuts and bolts always keeping the end target audience in view. She gave us the confidence that our inputs will be implemented in a precise and decisive manner and with a strong grip on timelines. With her leading the project I had the satisfaction of knowing - "things are in safe hands"!

Malini is very organised and has an eye for detail. Be rest assured that before embarking on a project she's done her research and she is very thorough about it. I found her to be a Rottweiler when it came to getting something done! In the projects that I have worked with Malini, with her backgrounders and organising of material, the experience was pleasant and smooth.

Malini was a key member of my team when I was Business Head at Miditech Pvt Ltd. in 2007-08. Malini took it upon herself to go to any lengths to ensure the job gets done to the best of her ability. In case of any road- blocks encountered she would not give up and I could rest assured that she would find a way out, even if it was an unconventional solution! During the course that I directly managed her - we brought in several major media projects and her contribution was complete in every respect: From a creative perspective, handling tough clients and coordinating and managing internal teams- she did it with ease while maintaining an excellent rapport both internally and externally. Her attention to detail went a long way in ensuring her success. She started out as group manager and after I moved on, she went on to become Associate Vice President of the company - a truly deserving growth trajectory!
